What are your prices?
Each invitation collection is custom designed for the client, so pricing will vary. Each collection typically includes the invitation, outer envelope, reply card, and return envelope. Pricing begins at $4.75 - $9.00 Depending on quantity, style, inserts, etc. Please contact me for a customized quote.
Do you have a minimum order?
Yes, minimum order quantity is 25
I'd like to order a sample. Is that possible?
Absolutely. Please contact me at info@embellishedbytiffany.com to place a sample order.
What shipping method do you use?
All products are shipped USPS Priority mail.
Do you offer return and guest address printing?
Yes, Please see the Design Process page for additional information.
Can you mail me (or my calligrapher) my envelopes as soon as possible?
Absolutely! There is a flat fee of $12.00 to mail them. (Within USA)
I really like one specific invitation, but would like to make a few changes, How much would this cost?
I am happy to work with you to alter the invitation for your needs. Minor changes will incur a $15 design fee. If changes are more complicated, we can discuss your ideas and I am happy to provide a quote.
How long before my wedding should I place my order?
From the time you place your order to the time you have your invitations in hand is usually about 4-6 weeks. Since you will want your invitations to go out about 6-8 weeks prior to your event, I suggest ordering your invitations approximately 4 months before your wedding date.
What date should I use on my response cards?
I usually recommend 4-5 weeks before the wedding date.
What is the order process timeline?
Once I've received your order and payment is complete, you will receive your proofs within 2 business days. The proofing stage usually takes about 5-10 business days depending on how quickly you respond. Once your item is approved to print, the production process takes approximately 2-4 weeks.
How many invitations should I order?
I suggest ordering at least 10% more than you think you'll need. This needs to be done at the initial invitation order. Once an order has been completed, additional invitations will be produced in quantities of 25.
Do you offer coordinating ceremony and reception paper goods?
Yes, please view my collection to see examples of menus, programs, table numbers, place cards, thank you cards, and favor tags.
Do you proofread orders?
No, this is solely your responsibility. I can't stress enough how important it is for you to proofread and have others proofread for you as well.
What is your return policy?
Due to the fact that all orders are customized and personalized, returns will not be allowed. Once your order is approved for print, it is solely your responsibility to ensure that all data contained within the printed materials is correct.
In the event that an order must be cancelled before approving your proof, the deposit will be forfeited.
